Terms of Service

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Welcome to SchemaSpace, operated by NorthSchema ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By accessing or using SchemaSpace at schemaspace.co (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description

SchemaSpace is an information aggregation and community discussion platform. The Platform aggregates publicly available content from third-party sources (including YouTube, X/Twitter, Reddit, podcasts, newsletters, and news sites) into a unified feed, provides AI-generated summaries and analysis of that content, and hosts user-created community discussion spaces.

SchemaSpace is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or any form of licensed financial services provider. No content on the Platform — whether created by users, generated by AI, or aggregated from third-party sources — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

Ownership. You retain ownership of all content you create and post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant NorthSchema a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except where your content has been shared by other users or is reasonably necessary for Platform operations.

Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all User Content you post. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.

Content as Opinion. All User Content posted in community spaces represents the personal opinion of the individual user who posted it. User Content does not represent the views, endorsement, or assertions of NorthSchema or the Platform. Users acknowledge and agree to this by accepting the Community Participation Agreement before their first community post.

4. Community Standing System

SchemaSpace features a community-driven evaluation system ("Community Standing") in which users may receive engagement signals from other users, including "Like" votes (general engagement) and "Trust" votes (accuracy assessment). Users may also receive "Flag" votes from other users who believe content is inaccurate, off-topic, or otherwise problematic.

Community Standing scores, tiers (New Member, Contributor, Trusted, Analyst), and all related metrics are aggregated reflections of community sentiment. They are not assertions, endorsements, ratings, or judgments made by NorthSchema. The Platform provides the infrastructure; the community determines standing through its collective voting activity.

By participating in communities, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Your Community Standing is determined by the community, not by the Platform.
  • Community Standing may increase or decrease based on community voting activity over time.
  • Community Standing is topic-specific and does not transfer between communities.
  • You have the right to appeal significant Community Standing changes through the Platform's community-driven appeal process.
  • No single event will dramatically alter your Community Standing — changes require sustained patterns.

NorthSchema expressly disclaims any liability arising from Community Standing scores, tier assignments, or the outcomes of community voting. Community Standing is a reflection of peer opinion and is not a factual assertion about any user's competence, accuracy, expertise, or professional qualifications.

Predictions & Track Records

Users may post predictions in community spaces. Predictions are personal speculation by individual users and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future results. Prediction accuracy is self-reported by the prediction creator; the Platform does not verify prediction outcomes.

Prediction Track Records display a user's historical self-reported prediction outcomes. No user's Prediction Track Record should be relied upon for financial, investment, or other decisions. Prediction scores and accuracy have no bearing on Community Standing tiers, trust scores, or any other reputation metric. They are a separate, standalone statistic.

NorthSchema expressly disclaims any liability arising from predictions, Prediction Track Records, or any decisions made based on any user's prediction history.

5. Community Participation Agreement

Before posting in any community space, users must accept the Community Participation Agreement, which includes acknowledgment that:

  • All posted content represents personal opinion and is not professional advice.
  • Community Standing is determined by the community through collective evaluation.
  • The user consents to community evaluation of their contributions.
  • Due process is available through the appeal system.
  • No content on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
  • The user will participate respectfully and in good faith.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, entity extraction, convergence detection, and other analytical outputs from third-party and user-generated content. AI-generated content is provided for informational convenience only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

AI-generated summaries are not a substitute for reading the original source material. NorthSchema makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should verify all AI-generated information against original sources before relying on it for any purpose.

7. Third-Party Content

The Platform aggregates content from third-party sources via publicly available feeds (RSS, APIs, and other publicly accessible endpoints). NorthSchema does not create, endorse, or verify third-party content displayed on the Platform. Third-party content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.

The Platform displays excerpts, metadata, and links to third-party content for the purpose of enabling users to discover and access information from sources they have selected. Full articles and original content remain on their respective publisher websites.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy.

8. Financial & Investment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLYSchemaSpace is an information aggregation and community discussion platform. 11. Community Governance & Moderation

NorthSchema acts as infrastructure provider and reserves the right, but has no obligation, to intervene in moderation decisions.

NorthSchema reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose a risk to the safety or integrity of the Platform, regardless of community voting outcomes.

12. Subscriptions & Payments

15. Indemnification

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

17. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. Upon deletion, your profile information, User Content, and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Community Standing data associated with your account will be anonymized or deleted.

NorthSchema reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

18. Disclaimers

19. Changes to Terms

NorthSchema may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
